I’m also a big lover of curvy bodies ;) Naturally I’m curvy, never really been thin. I do a mixture of walking and running at least 3 times a week, it’s a 3 mile outdoor running path. I also do basic crutches, nothing too fancy. I also love dancing and kick boxing. I want to start yoga very soon, more for mediation/relaxation. Basically any workout thats exciting, treadmills are so boring! I practically eat anything and everything. However portion control is The key.
You are gorgeous!!! WE have all been there trust me! I have always had big hips even has a teenager. It took me some time to gain acceptance of my curvy body. Honestly, I would not change anything about my body. Self acceptance is the key to happiness. You are your biggest fan! Being Healthy is important and foremost. Live a balanced life and never beat yourself up about your height weight looks etc. Being curvy is Sexy!
My mother is part Nicaraguan and part German. My father is African American and Cherokee Indian lol sounds crazy I know!
